Eclipse is pleased to present our latest residential renovation project, The “Louisiana House.”  Nestled on a 10-acre plot of land in Old Mandeville and surrounded by swamp & a small lake, this homesite originally included two structures; the “Main House” and a separate “Entertaining House.” Following our client’s purchase of this highly unique property, we were tasked with joining the two structures & completely transforming the exterior and interior living spaces. The end result is a magnificent home exceeding 7,500 s.f. in total area, with nearly 5,000 s.f. of living space.
