Founder

Phillip has been involved in residential construction since his high school days.  In addition to homes, Phillip Brodt has managed all aspects of design and development of large and complex commercial and institutional projects. This includes very visible and iconic projects on Northshore and other locations. Phillip Brodt has planned and helped development of airports throughout the U.S.  This experience underpins his approach to excellence in home building.

General Manager - Director of Construction

Zack has extensive experience in construction across a wide range of sectors and project size.  In his most recent position as a construction manager in the industrial sector, Zack was involved with a litany of both large and small cap projects, ranging from $500,000 to $350,000,000. He is proficient in all facets of Project Management, and has successfully led teams across the United States. Zachary has hired, developed, grown, and maintained a number of successful staffs numbering between 20 and 50 employees, as well as leading jobsites with over 1,000 employees.  Zack brings that high level of construction management and operational capabilities to Eclipse to help the firm our growing firm.

Senior Project Manager

David has been involved in construction since the 1980’s and has built over 100 homes from the ground up.  In addition, he has designed scores of homes and worked (labored) on dozens of others. He has been a project superintendent for one of the largest home builders on the Northshore, and most recently has been the owner of Southern Louisiana Construction Co., LLC.  In this role, he has accomplished scores of residential projects for clients throughout the region.

Project Expeditor

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, culminating in him establishing his own firm, SH Homes, LLC.  His experience ranges from large scale commercial & industrial cooling systems to renovating and flipping homes.  This experience has given him a wide perspective on the construction process, and he will bring that perspective to help us continuously improve our project delivery efficiencies.

Accounts Payable/Insurance Management

Melinda manages all accounts payable for the firm, as well as management of insurance compliance for our subcontractors.  With a degree from Mississippi State University in Finance & Insurance, Melinda has previously worked as a commercial auditor with both Aetna Insurance and the Louisiana Workers Compensation Corporation.  This experience provides her with a unique insight into insurance management and the importance of proper coverage and practices to the successful completion of a project.
